Check-in / Check-out times?
Check-in 15:30 (latest 18:00) / Check-out 11:00. For security, the front gate remains closed until 15:30.
Is early check-in possible?
Yes — paid early check-in from 14:30 is available. Please arrange in advance via email or phone.
Can I extend check-out?
Extensions cost ¥10,000 per hour, up to 13:00. Subject to availability.
Can children stay?
We keep an adult-oriented, quiet atmosphere. For children's stays, please contact us — arrangements depend on the villa and child's age.
Do you offer transfers?
Taxi transfers can be arranged with advance notice. Please contact us for details.
Dietary restrictions & allergies?
Please let us know when you reserve. We accommodate as far as possible.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Corkage at dinner is ¥3,300 per bottle.
How do I use the private outdoor bath & sauna?
The Gekkou Sakura no Yu open-air bath runs March–November. The sauna is year-round. Both are reservation-preferred, last slot 21:00.
